Refund and Returns Policy

At NATURA LIFT SDN. BHD., we are committed to delivering stylish and high-quality women’s bags that meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and cancellation policy for your peace of mind.

Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to natura_lift@outlook.com within the 30-day period.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email at natura_lift@outlook.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return instead (see above).

Exceptions

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by NATURA LIFT SDN. BHD. unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

    • Customised, personalised, or special-order items.
